Who We Are
The Letterbox Gift Company was founded in 2021 by Maria & Teresa Faley, a mother/daughter duo from Harrow. Having run their start-up business Letterbox Brownies since 2018, the pair wanted to find a new way to bring customers more options for letterbox gifts. Specifically, letterbox friendly gifts created by start-ups and small businesses just like them – and so The Letterbox Gift Company was born!
“We know from experience how tough it can be starting a business from scratch, especially when you’re doing it solo, as many start-ups do. It can be hard to know where to start! Creating your own website has its benefits but it can be costly. Selling on online multi-vendor marketplaces with thousands of sellers, it’s easy to get lost in the crowd. That’s why I wanted to create a niche marketplace specifically for small businesses to sell their letterbox friendly gifts and be part of a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs”
Our Mission at The Letterbox Gift Company is to become your go-to online marketplace for letterbox friendly gifts created by start-ups and small businesses.
We want to showcase top quality, handmade or curated postal gifts from independent sellers who take an eco conscious approach to creating and selling. This may be from using recyclable, compostable or sustainable resources where they can.
Most of the gifts found on our marketplace are specifically designed to fit through the letterbox and can be delivered anywhere in the UK.

How It Works
Our platform allows you to find the perfect letterbox gift by browsing our sellers’ individual shops , browsing by category or by using the search tool bar on the homepage.
When you find the perfect gift, you will be able to add it to your basket and checkout.
When your purchase has been completed, the individual seller you have bought a gift from will receive notification that you have supported their business – yay!
It’s then over to them to fulfil your order directly.
They will be able to contact you directly regarding your order, and they will mark your order as completed to let you know when it is on its way. If you have any questions about your letterbox gift order please contact the seller directly.

Search for your perfect letterbox gift using the search bar, by category or by viewing our sellers’ shops
Add your chosen gift to your basket. You can add multiple letterbox gifts to the basket. But remember you can only input one delivery address at checkout
Once you’ve checked out, the independent seller you purchased from will fulfil your order. They will let you know when your letterbox gift has shipped
A few things to note when making your purchase:
- You can add multiple items from different sellers to the same basket but you can only enter one delivery address. So if you’re looking to send gifts to different people you will need to check them out individually.
- Each seller’s turnaround time will be different – please check on the individual seller’s page for their estimated turnaround times before finalising your order.
- Returns and refunds will not be possible for any personalised or ‘made to order’ purchases.
